LUPO'S SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Lupo's Heartbreak Hotel is located in the historic Strand Theatre in Downtown Providence in a concrete building with high non-suspended concrete and plaster ceilings. The building is equipped with a fully functioning sprinkler and fire detection system automatically linked to the Providence Fire Department.
Lupo's works closely with the Providence Police & Fire Departments.
A Providence Fire Marshall is on site at all shows and a Providence Police detail is on site at virtually every show.
There are 11 fire detectors, 12 fully functioning fire extinguishers, 2 call boxes as well as emergency lighting installed at Lupo's.
There are 19 exit doors in the building located as follows:
Front entrance - 7 exits
Right to Union Street - 2 exits
Left to Alley - 5 exits
Back Stage - 2 exits + garage door
Off Balcony 2 exits - one on each side
We do not have any flammable materials near our stage and we do not allow pyrotechnics in Lupo's.
